Why PermitPub exists.

I’ve spent more than 30 years in direct sales, and I know the pain of finding good leads firsthand.

A good building permit is one of the strongest sales signals there is. When someone is building, remodeling, opening, upgrading, or putting money into a property, there is usually an opportunity for somebody to sell them something. If you can get there first, you have a real shot. If you wait until a sign shows up in the window, the opportunity may already be gone.

I dreamed about something like PermitPub for years.

I wanted one place where I could find fresh building permits without running all over town, digging through city websites, chasing public records, subscribing to multiple lists, and trying to piece together who was doing what. I wanted a simple way to see useful permit activity, search what mattered, and get the leads I needed when I needed them.

That was the motivation behind PermitPub.

PermitPub was built for working sales reps, small teams, contractors, and service companies that need real opportunities, not junk. The goal is simple: turn qualified public permit data into clear, actionable sales leads that help you get in the door before everyone else.
